Exceptions will be made in circumstances involving end-of-life or life-threatening situations.

Visitor Screening
- All visitors entering the facility will attest that they are free from any symptoms of Covid-19 upon entering the hospital and all Wayne HealthCare facilities.
- Visitors will attest they will not enter the facility if they have had symptoms in the past 24 hours or exposures in the last 14 days.
- All visitors entering the hospital are still required to wear a mask. A hospital-supplied ear-loop mask will be provided to patients or visitors who do not have a mask. Masks (covering the nose and mouth) must be worn in ALL areas of the hospital and Wayne HealthCare facilities at ALL times, regardless of vaccination status.
- Visitors who refuse to wear a mask will be asked to leave the facility.
- Visitors must wash their hands, or use hand sanitizer, before and after leaving patient rooms and the building.
- Exceptions may be made on an individual basis for those individuals who are unable to wear a mask due to health or disability issues.
