FAMILY: Married to Stan for 48 years!! 2 Daughters- Jennifer Hamm, RN-ED and Cille Davidson-Radiology @ MVH. My Grandkids-Dylan,23- Katie,19 and Kylie and Hayley are both Freshman in High School.

HOBBIES: Flowers, my dog-Smokey. Very proud of my Family!!

REASON SELECTED FOR EOM: Reason Selected for EOM: I had to be admitted to Wayne Health Care with acute cholecystitis. Ms. Deb admitted me to 3 North. She was very concerned that I was in Ohio alone. She admitted me because her team was extremely busy. The next day when I was going home, she was very compassionate, offering to take me home to my hotel herself. She personally pushed my wheelchair to my car in the parking lot. She talked to my sisters during my surgery, telling them how to contact me ( I had not set up a password). Ms. Deb shows leadership daily in nursing huddles and she knows everything about her patients. She has a dry sense of humor. She is an EXCELLENT Nurse and Leader! Submitted by: Arinda Kennedy

Deb is always helpful to her fellow Nurses. She keeps things running smoothly on 3 North. She is always willing to pick up extra hours to help fix holes in the schedule. She helps answer call lights. She is a real asset to our Unit. Submitted by: Chelsea Osornio/RN
