HOBBIES: I love working around the farm and helping Kent with the cattle. I am a big QVC shopper (kitchen gadgets and cookbooks)

Phyllis is a great team player! She always asks if we need her to do things ahead to what will be needed. She is very thorough on her cleaning and will communicate with us on issues or what’s going on. You never have to hunt her down to let her know of something. She is always paying attention and jumps in to be on top of things. She is very diligent and trustworthy on her quality of work. She also puts her heart into her work too. Unfortunately there was a sad situation going on one day for a patient and Phyllis asked for permission to buy the patient and her family a pizza. She also bought the OB staff a pizza as well. Her heart went out for all those involved and she wanted to show her caring in some way. She is ALWAYS making sure the nurses have eaten and offers to get food for us when we are very busy. She is just so very thoughtful. We appreciate her hard work every day!! She has been an extremely valuable part of our OB unit!!
