SPECIAL EXPERIENCE OR FAVORITE MOMENT AT WAYNE HEALTHCARE: My Special Experience was doing my Nursing preceptor training at WHC with Lorra Prater as my Preceptor, which is why I wanted to work here. My Favorite Moment was our unit taking time to sing “Happy Birthday” to one of our patients.

FAMILY: Husband, Chris Daughter, Christina-14 Sons, Elijah-13 and Noah-11

HOBBIES: Going to Sporting Events with Family and watching my boys play Basketball, Baseball and Football as well as Wrestling. Love working at Church with Preteen girls.

REASON SELECTED FOR EOM: I would like to nominate Deb Parker for going above and beyond. She is a team player. The ED can be a very intimidating place, a lot of people do not want to even help out at all in the department due to comfort level. I appreciate Deb's willingness to help out the departments when needed. I have hard very positive feedback regarding Deb's teamwork and attitude. Thank you Deb for going above and beyond!!

Deb has also recently called me to set up some time to learn more about the ED and float more often! This is a huge plus! We need to build relationships amongst our teams and this is a great step!
