STORY OF TWO MEMBERS OF OUR TEAM GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND TODAY!! Sandy was at the ED greeter desk when she noticed a car pulling into Wayne HealthCare quickly and she alerted Brenda, who was working as the Operator at the time. They watched the car and saw patient being carried from the car was apparently unresponsive and they initiated the Rapid Response Team immediately. By the time the patient was brought into the facility and laid on the floor, the Rapid response Team was already assembling to begin treating the patient! Great job to Sandy and Brenda for such quick thinking and response to an urgent situation!!
